The solar furnace SunCook® 200 "Ready to use" is ideal for outdoor leisures. It makes it possible to cook ragouts, meats and fish, ratatouilles, soups, breads and cakes. It is pleasant to use, the lines up and is transported easily.
This solar furnace ensures a kitchen without monitoring and reached temperatures going until 200° C. The increase in temperature is gradual and very homogeneous, which, raise the savour of food and, by reducing evaporation, preserve more succulent. It makes possible to cook with less water, and the losses of vitamins and other nutritive elements are reduced. It doesn't ask any specific monitoring, you don't have needs to turn over the meat, to stir up soup or to frequently reorientate the solar furnace.
The concept of this solar furnace consists of a furnace with containment at the bottom of which a pot is. The pot receives solar radiation, considered by the mirrors external of the solar furnace. The thermal insulation of the box is optimal to avoid the escapes of energy towards outside.
Compared to the traditional kitchen, any vigilance becomes useless since there is no risk to burn. The furnace is food clean (without fuels nor ashes). It is possible to program cooking with the sundial.
