The solar regulators make it possible to protect the batteries against the voltage variations. The regulators MPPT (Maximum Power Point Tracking) are mainly used with solar panels.
Optimization of the output of solar panels
The traditional regulators lower the voltage (Vmp) panels while keeping the charging current (Imp) constant; regulators MPPT also lower the voltage of the panels but compensate for this voltage drop (V) by an increase in the current charges (A).
Output higher from 20% to 40%
Compared to the traditional regulators regulators MPPT increase by 20% to 40% the output of your solar panels under all the climatics conditions, in particular in the cloudy areas with variable climate where these conditions of sun change at any moment.
Management by microprocessor
Regulators MPPT Série SR are equipped of an internal microprocessor allowing to obtain a fast and optimal refill of the battery by integrating together the essential parameters with the good performance of your installation: voltage and current coming from your solar panels, state of load and type of battery used.
Protections and controls
The exit dedicated to consumers cd. (e.g. lighting) is protected to avoid any major discharge of the battery. The regulators SR are equipped with all protections necessary for a sure use: inversion of polarity, overpressure, overload, overheating, etc. The regulators SR are equipped with 3 indicators of control making it possible at any moment to visualize the evolution of the load like any excessive discharge of the battery.
